Bannock was adopted by a family in Wilmington, NC.
Hello, my name is Bannock. For a long time I had to live in foster care until one day this past August my new mommy and daddy came to visit and take me home. They brought my new younger, but bigger brother with them so we could play together. When I got to my new forever home, I met my new sister (a cat). It took her about a month to get used to me. I don't know why, I'm not at all interested in her. Well, we are all getting along nicely now. As you can see in the pictures...I have a big yard to play and chase squirrels in and my mom walks me and my brother twice a day. I've even gone to the vets a couple times. She is really nice to me. Some of the ladies at the vets office said they saw my picture on the sheltie rescue website and prayed that I'd get adopted...Boy, were they surprised that I am now one of their patients.
So, you see...to all of you older dogs...there is hope that you will find a nice loving forever home, just like me.
Check out all of my pics...I have a bed to lay in....and I love to be outside.
Good luck to all my old friends at the rescue and take care
Your beloved Bannock (Morgan)
(wow, I even have a last name now!!!)
