Bannock (Male, age 10)

Hi, my name is Bannock. Since I have been in my foster home, I have lost several pounds and can now outrun the younger furkids! You would never guess my age if you saw me chasing the squirrels and birds. I love to run from tree to tree following the squirrels as they scurry from tree to tree so having a fenced yard in my new forever home would make me a very happy camper. Oh, and speaking to the squirrels and birds is my specialty. Not to worry though, as my voice has been softened in volume by surgery. I get along great with my foster brothers, well, unless others have their eyes on the same food I do. I love to go on walks and ride in the car. And if playing tug of war over a toy is your idea of fun, I am definitely your man! Medically, I am in good shape for my age. I do have low thyroid, treated easily and inexpensively by a small pill two times a day.
<datePosted>8/1/2007</datePosted>

Keri (Female, age 10-11 (estimated))

My name is Keri and thanks for stopping by to learn more about me. I have overheard my foster mom and dad tell others than I am an incredibly sweet and quiet Sheltie girl who just loves to be near people. Truer words were NEVER spoken! I have a little arthritis in my hips which makes getting up from hard surfaces a little challenging at times but the glucosamine tablets help immensely. TED (The Evil Doctor) is also treating me for a urinary tract infection which has caused some incontinence at night when I am sleeping. I came into rescue after my previous owner passed away. I am looking for quieter home to dish out whole bunches of unconditional love!
<datePosted>2/25/2008</datePosted>

Lillie (Female, age 9)

Pat and Clark Belvin are sponsoring Lillie. THANK YOU!
Woof woof! My name is Lillie and thanks for stopping by to learn more about me. I am a very spy nine year old. Well, certainly since TED (the excellent doctor) removed my bladder stones. They almost filled up a small medicine bottle! I am somewhat of a reserved Sheltie girl but I will warm up very quickly, especially to the person that feeds me. I would do best in a quieter home with fewer comings and goings.
<datePosted>12/4/2007</datePosted>
